never forgotten

Words cannot describe how much you are missed.
Deep in our hearts you will always exist.
You have left a hole that cannot be filled.

Somehow we learn to carry on
But never the same, as days long gone

We miss your smile, your sense of humour,
The advice you gave was sound and true,
A mother's wisdom, grounded in love.

A wonderful wife, a wonderful mum,
A creative lady with a great sense of fun!!

This clumsy tribute cannot do you justice,
You had an eye for beauty, the green outdoors,
You always missed home, the tropics you loved.

You loved your cricket, your gardening and family.
We still feel you left us too early,
Only sixty-four, you had years left in you.

You only ever have one mother,
She is irreplacable, a true treasure.

Missed forever, Mum.
Loved always. You live on in our hearts.
One day reunited in heaven.

SENDING YOU ALL MY LOVE CAROL XXX

I found a penny today
laying on the ground.
But its not just a penny
this little coin I found.

Pennies come from heaven
that's what my dad told me.
He said angels toss them down
to show their love for thee.

He said when an Angel misses you,
they toss a penny down.
Sometimes just to cheer you up
too make a smile out of a frown.

So, don't pass by that penny
when you're feeling blue.
It may be a penny from Heaven
that carol tossed to you.
